WHS Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

This is achieved by the identification of the difference between the skills and knowledge of an individual or group and the skills and knowledge they require to carry out a particular task.

Our courses are engaging and effective, both as adequate training content and cost. We monitor technology for latest training tools and systems. The delivery of our courses is in line with Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

 

 

 

WHS Training Plan/Schedule

Once your workers training needs have been identified, a WHS Training Plan for the delivery of training should be developed and should be utilised as a calendar of events.

Safety SA can conduct a TNA, prepare a Training Plan and provide cost effective training resources.

Safety Leadership Development

Safety SA = can facilitate the developmental activities designed to enhance the collective capacity of groups to carry out leadership tasks.

Once a training plan is up and running the safety culture improves and the past launch of SWP, SOP, SWIMS can be reinforced by the training.

N.b. With the training program now in progress, the roof of the house has now been installed.
